2) Marco Recruits Global Talent

Your dedicated recruitment team sources candidates tailored to your requirements. We present pre-screened talent and refine based on your feedback. From our pool of 50,000+ monthly candidates, less than 1% pass our rigorous screening process.

3) Interview Top Talent Matches

Review recommended candidates until you find the perfect fit. We handle salary negotiations, schedule arrangements, and generate excitement about your company. Our support extends through onboarding and integration.

4) Offer Letter(s) & Payment

Once the candidate signs the offer letter, we invoice our recruiting fee: 25-35% of the first year salary as a one-time payment. Many companies build entire teams with us, hiring 20+ team members. Every hire is backed by our 6-month guarantee if your new hire isn't a fit.

5) Two Week Intensive Training + Onboarding

Post-signing, our team works closely with your new hire, guiding them through a rigorous 2-week onboarding program.
