Whether you’re automating customer support, building internal copilots, or streamlining content production, they translate your business needs into scalable, AI-powered systems.
Tasks
- Map and design end-to-end AI workflows for specific use cases
- Create multi-step prompt chains for research, writing, or operations
- Connect AI tools to your existing stack (Slack, Notion, CRMs, etc.)
- Document prompt systems and internal best practices
- Test and improve workflows for consistency and accuracy
- Collaborate with team leads to identify automation opportunities
- Implement feedback loops to ensure ongoing workflow refinement
- Stay current with LLM updates, plugins, and third-party tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years in operations, automation, or systems design
- Deep understanding of prompt design and LLM behavior
