Customer retention isn’t luck—it’s strategy. Marco’s Customer Success Managers are trained to onboard, engage, and grow customer accounts with a mix of empathy, structure, and insight. Whether you’re a SaaS company, agency, or service provider, they’ll help your clients get results—and keep coming back.

Tasks

  • Onboard new customers and ensure early activation
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews
  • Identify expansion and upsell opportunities
  • Track customer health and proactively resolve issues
  • Collaborate with product, support, and sales teams
  • Maintain CRM records and customer documentation
  • Monitor NPS, churn risk, and retention metrics

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in customer success or account management
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Comfortable presenting data and strategic recommendations
  • Fluent in English with a client-first mindset
  • Bonus: Experience in SaaS, agency, or recurring service models
