Tasks

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone
  • Troubleshoot technical or service issues quickly
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams
  • Maintain accurate records in support ticket systems
  • Write and update knowledge base or FAQ articles
  • Track and report on support trends and feedback
  • Help improve product based on user insights
  • Ensure fast, friendly, and helpful resolutions

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years in customer support or service roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk
  • Calm under pressure and skilled in conflict resolution
  • Fluent in English and empathetic by nature
  • Bonus: Familiar with support in SaaS, eCommerce, or digital products
