From Meta and Google Ads to landing pages, email flows, and analytics, they bring a performance mindset to every campaign—tailored to your goals and budget.

Tasks

  • Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and more
  • Manage landing pages, lead funnels, and conversion strategies
  • Analyze performance data to optimize for ROAS or CAC
  • Coordinate creative briefs for designers and copywriters
  • Manage marketing calendars, product launches, and promos
  • Oversee retargeting and lifecycle campaigns (email/SMS)
  • Conduct competitor research and audience segmentation
  • Report weekly on marketing KPIs and campaign performance

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in digital marketing (paid or full-stack)
  • Experience managing media spend across platforms
  • Proficient with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, analytics tools
  • Strong grasp of funnel building and CRO best practices
  • Fluent in English and experienced with performance-focused writing
  • Bonus: Experience with eCommerce, SaaS, or lead-gen marketing
