Job Description
A strong full-stack engineer is the backbone of any digital product. Marco’s Full-Stack Engineers are trained to work across frontend and backend, turning business needs into scalable code. Whether you’re building a SaaS app, internal dashboard, or landing page platform, they can handle everything from data models to UI interactions with speed and reliability.
Tasks
- Build and maintain front-end interfaces (React, Vue, etc.)
- Develop backend APIs, services, and database integrations
- Optimize code for performance, security, and scalability
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams
- Set up CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Troubleshoot bugs and production issues
- Stay updated on modern frameworks and development practices
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of full-stack development experience
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React or Vue
- Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase, etc.)
- Familiar with Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and engineering intuition
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and documentation habits
