Job Description
A great HR Manager can make or break your company culture. Marco HR Managers are trained to handle everything from recruitment to onboarding, performance management, compliance, and team retention. They help early-stage teams create scalable HR systems and give growing companies a strategic people partner to support international teams, policy rollouts, and employee engagement.
Tasks
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Oversee employee relations, performance reviews, and retention
- Ensure labor law compliance across jurisdictions
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Handle payroll coordination and benefits administration
- Support DEI initiatives and culture building
- Serve as the point of contact for all employee issues
Qualifications
- 4+ years of HR management or generalist experience
- Knowledge of labor law and HR compliance (U.S. and/or global)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with HR platforms like Gusto, BambooHR, or Deel
- Fluent in English and comfortable working with cross-border teams
- SHRM-CP or equivalent certification is a plus
