Tasks
- Build and maintain SOPs and internal processes
- Manage vendor relationships and SaaS tools
- Oversee project timelines, tasks, and deliverables
- Implement systems for task tracking and productivity (ClickUp, Asana, Notion)
- Coordinate cross-functional team operations
- Support hiring and team onboarding workflows
- Analyze bottlenecks and propose efficiency improvements
- Track KPIs and prepare operational reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years in business operations or project management
- Proficient with workflow tools (Notion, Airtable, ClickUp, etc.)
- Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills
