Job Description

SDRs are the engine of outbound sales. Marco’s Sales Development Reps are trained to identify ideal customers, write persuasive outreach, qualify leads, and book calls for your closing team. They’re ideal for companies looking to scale top-of-funnel activity and build repeatable, scalable sales processes.

Tasks

  • Prospect new leads via LinkedIn, email, and outbound platforms
  • Craft custom outreach messages for high-value prospects
  • Run cold calling or voicemail drops (if applicable)
  • Qualify leads based on need, budget, and timeline
  • Book qualified meetings or demos for AEs or founders
  • Manage CRM data and lead pipeline
  • A/B test messaging and report on outreach performance
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for alignment

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in SDR or BDR roles (U.S. or international markets)
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Proficient with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Clay
  • Familiar with ICP research and lead scoring
  • Highly organized and results-oriented
  • Comfortable working toward quotas and KPIs
