From planning your calendar to engaging with followers, they turn social media into a real growth channel, not just a vanity metric.

Tasks

  • Plan and manage content calendars across platforms
  • Write captions, coordinate visuals, and publish consistently
  • Engage with followers and respond to DMs/comments
  • Analyze content performance and audience insights
  • Repurpose content across channels (e.g. TikTok → Instagram Reels → LinkedIn post)
  • Collaborate with designers, video editors, or UGC creators
  • Stay on top of platform algorithm changes and trends
  • Report on KPIs and campaign success

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years managing social accounts for brands or creators
  • Strong writing and brand voice development skills
  • Familiar with scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, Hootsuite)
  • Basic graphic or video editing a plus (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express)
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and creativity
  • Experience across at least 3 major platforms (e.g. IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter)
