TikTok is the fastest-growing ad platform—and it requires a unique playbook. Marco’s TikTok Ads Specialists are trained in short-form creative, rapid testing frameworks, and direct-response campaigns. They work with DTC brands, agencies, and service companies to build scroll-stopping ads, find winning hooks, and scale performance without wasting budget.

Tasks

  • Plan, launch, and manage TikTok ad campaigns
  • Develop and test creative variations and hooks
  • Build media plans and optimize for ROAS
  • Conduct audience and competitor analysis
  • Write ad copy and briefs for UGC or production teams
  • A/B test offers, landing pages, and creative
  • Report on campaign performance and insights
  • Stay updated on platform trends and ad formats

Qualifications

  • 2+ years running TikTok Ads (organic or paid)
  • Proven performance with eComm, SaaS, or lead-gen campaigns
  • Understanding of short-form video best practices
  • Creative mindset with strong copywriting instincts
  • Familiar with TikTok Ads Manager, attribution tools, and analytics
  • Bonus: Experience with Meta or YouTube ads
