Whether you’re launching a product, running a campaign, or scaling operations, they’ll make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Tasks
- Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables
- Create and manage project plans in tools like ClickUp, Notion, or Asana
- Coordinate across teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Track dependencies, risks, and status updates
- Communicate progress clearly to stakeholders
- Manage documentation, meeting notes, and action items
- Lead stand-ups, retrospectives, and project reviews
- Improve internal systems and delivery processes
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of project or program management experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, etc.)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English with a detail- and deadline-oriented mindset
- PMP or Agile certification is a plus, but not required
