Marco pays via Dub.co's payout system. Commissions are released within 5 days of the founder being autocharged for the placement (typically 21–26 days after they sign with Marco). We support PayPal, Stripe Connect, and ACH for U.S. partners.
Once a referred founder signs with Marco and pays the $500 deposit, our team gets to work sourcing and vetting candidates. The average placement closes in 21 days. As soon as their first hire onboards, the founder is autocharged the placement fee — and your commission is released within 5 days.
Each referred client moves up your personal ladder as they hire more people. Their first hire pays you $500. Their 2nd and 3rd each pay $750. Every hire from #4 onward pays $1,000. Most Marco clients hire 3–10 placements in the first 12 months, so a single high-quality referral can earn you $7,000–$10,000+.
90-day click attribution by default. If your referral schedules a call within 90 days of clicking your link, you get credit on the placement — even if it takes them 6 months to actually onboard their first hire. Tier 2+ partners can request 180-day attribution windows for high-consideration audiences.
No clawbacks on commissions once a placement is live. If a placement doesn't work out within Marco's 6-month guarantee, we re-recruit at no cost to your client — and your commission stays paid. The only exception is fraud or self-referral (signing up your own company).
Organic content, email, and earned media: yes, encouraged. Paid social on Meta and LinkedIn: yes, with brand guideline approval. Paid Google/Bing search on "Marco" or "MarcoHire" branded terms: not allowed — we protect those for our own bidding. Reach out to your partner manager before launching any paid campaign.
