MarcoHire provides staffing and recruitment services, connecting U.S. companies with remote professionals from Latin America, South Africa, the Philippines, and other regions. The Site serves as an informational resource about our services and a way for prospective clients and candidates to connect with us.

Recruiting engagements between MarcoHire and its clients are governed by a separate Recruiting Services Agreement. These Terms govern your use of this website only and do not replace or modify any signed service agreement between you and MarcoHire.

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Site on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

For job seekers: information you provide, including resumes, skills assessments, and evaluation results, may be shared with prospective employers as part of our recruitment process.

For employers: job details and hiring requirements you provide may be shared with relevant candidates during the recruitment process.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of MarcoHire or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written permission.

6. Candidate Relationship

Candidates presented through MarcoHire's services are not employees, partners, agents, or independent contractors of MarcoHire. MarcoHire does not supervise, direct, or control the work performed by any candidate placed with a client. While we conduct thorough vetting and screening, it is ultimately the client's responsibility to verify each candidate's suitability for a given position.

7. No Guarantees

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on this Site, we make no warranties or representations about the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content. The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

MarcoHire does not guarantee specific hiring outcomes, candidate availability, placement timelines, or results from using our services. Any estimated timelines or descriptions of our process are provided for informational purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MarcoHire and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this Site or our services, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.
